The Role

We are looking for an extraordinary executive assistant to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, perseverance, and continuous learning. Every member of our team has a commitment to excellence, great pride in the work they do, and a desire to improve every day.

This person will work to support the daily operations of the clients they are matched with.

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President & executive leadership team.
• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President & executive leadership team.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Schedules and coordinates certain recurring meetings (e.g., quarterly operations reviews with practices, board meetings, etc.)
• Occasionally assists with travel and/or meeting events (e.g., potential client dinners).
• Coordinates certain employee morale items (e.g., holiday acknowledgements, Doctors Day, etc.)
• Draft certain contract documents (e.g., employment agreements) for review by leadership (e.g., ensure accuracy of documents per key terms).
• Coordinates and handles DocuSign distribution of various contracts and agreements, as well as facilitates getting appropriate signatures on various documents.
• Organizes and summarizes certain agreements (e.g., lease terms, contract summaries, etc.)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
