Sundays was founded by Ashley Chang and Carson Crane.
Ashley was inspired to start Sundays after seeing her own mom struggle to find meaningful work while raising children. As she got older, a large percentage of women in her own generation began dropping out of the workforce after having kids. Today, the percentage of women in the workforce is the lowest it’s been since 1987.
After interviewing 250+ parents, they believe Sundays can make a meaningful impact on supporting working parents, while providing unique opportunities for parents to re-join the workforce.
