Orientation:
- Nicole, our Client Success manager, will lead orientation. The training typically lasts 2-3 weeks and covers all of our company’s software, tools, and processes. During this time, you’ll receive a thorough overview of our workflows, best practices, and expectations. Team Leads will be there to guide you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, supported, and fully prepared to succeed in your role.
How soon will I start getting clients?
- We aim to match you with your first client within a week or two. Our priority is to ensure it's the perfect fit between you and the client. As you go through the onboarding process, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared and confident to deliver successful support. We believe in setting you up for success from the start, so you can hit the ground running.
How many clients will I have?
- Most teammates work with about five clients, with some teammates who specialize in family support taking on a larger number. The exact number will depend on the hours you wish to work, the hours requested by the client, and the compatibility between you and the client. We strive to ensure that the workload is manageable and that the match is a great fit for both you and the client.
Examples of the types of clients Sundays works with:
- For business clients (founders), the tasks we assist with can include calendar management, expense reports, invoicing, social media management, company growth strategies, event planning, and travel booking. We help streamline business operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- For family clients, we assist with meal planning, event planning, home maintenance coordination, organizing children’s activities, travel booking, and conducting various types of research. Our goal is to simplify daily life, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most and to think of themselves as household managers.
