Our application process is designed to help us get to know you better and ensure a good fit for both you and the team. Here’s what you can expect:
- 20-30 Minute Intro Call with Chelsea Norng: We'll start with a brief introductory call via Google Meet to learn more about your background and answer any questions you may have.
- Inbox Assessment (~1 hour): You will be asked to complete an assessment that helps us evaluate your skills and suitability for the role.
- Interview with our Client Success Manager, Nicole Fortney, and a team lead: Following the assessment, we’ll schedule an interview via Google Meet where we will discuss your results, the role in more detail, and other competencies that are key to success.
- Mock Interview with our Co-Founder, Ashley Chang: This step is for our Business Executive Assistant. This should be a 30-minute video call, followed by a 30-minute follow-up assessment.
- Background and Reference Check: If we move forward, we’ll conduct a background check and contact your references to verify your experience and qualifications.
- Onboarding: Chelsea will provide all your onboarding materials, grant access to our Sundays Tools, and outline your onboarding schedule for the first two weeks.
We strive to keep the process clear and efficient, ensuring that we both have the information needed to make an informed decision.
When will I hear back if my application is not successful?
- We aim to respond to all applicants within a reasonable timeframe. If your application is not selected, you can expect to hear from us within 3-4 weeks after the final interview. While we may not be able to provide specific feedback, we appreciate your interest in the role and encourage you to apply for future opportunities with us. Thank you for your understanding!
